Hello to all who even write with an accent.

I am delighted that iso-accents-mode works again in `Stockholm'.

quail-mode seems to be harder to use than iso-accents-mode.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong:

In quail-german, when I just insist in typing lossage, I get
lossssage.

The first time I select German via C-x C-m i I can only choose
quail-latin-1.

Subsequently quail-german and quail-grmn also show up. I assume this
is an issue of some missing require's in somewhere in quail?

When I entered a letter with a possible completion and then
immediately want to send the mail (message-mode) via C-c C-c, I can't
do so. I first have to enter a SPC or RETURN and back it out to get
out of quail-completion.

Finally a general issue with Umlauts:

Words with leading Umlauts like
rger or
blich
cannot be toggled in case with the usual M-c, M-l, M-u. Is this a bug
or a missssing feature? :)

Regards,

Adrian
