O.K. scratch that. We have not yet reached consensus on a release
schedule yet and it appears I will be out of town the weekend of the
18th.

The question of making a simultaneous release has been settled: it
won't happen.

I have w3, hyperbole, and oobr in the incoming queue for 19.15 (not to
mention Red Gnus/Gnus 5.4 further down the road). Hyperbole and oobr
are the most critical to get updated for a long-term stable release
since they haven't been touched since 19.13, and the new versions
probably won't get released until next week. w3 has the added twist
of some directory reorganization as the lisp/url directory goes away.

For various reasons we need to get a 20.0 net release out this month
or early next month. I don't see any way of avoiding a number of v20
releases this year, even if we let 20.0 slide until summer.

The biggest advantage of a 20.0 beta-ish release first is that it gives
me a chance to practice the release process on a release very few people
will expect to be completely stable anyway and it makes it all the
more likely I'll get things right(er) on 19.15.

The revised release schedule would be 20.0 last weekend of January,
and 19.15 stable&final whenever Gnus 5.4 is ready in February. This
will still split things up somewhat, but hopefully not too badly.
