SYNOPSIS OF ACTIVITY
--------------------

Solar activity was very low. Region 7613 (S13E45)
remained the most active on the disk producing several B-class
subflares. No significant growth or decay was noted within the
region, however magnetic gradients remained moderately strong
in the vicinity of the dominant leader spot. Region 7608
(N09W40) decayed during the period. Remaining regions were
stable. No new regions were numbered.

Solar activity forecast: solar activity is expected to be
very low to low. Region 7613 could produce an isolated C-class
       flare.

STD: An impressively long-decay class C3.2 x-ray event was
observed near 23:33 UTC. An optically correlated location was
not available for inclusion in this report, but will be listed
       tommorrow.

The geomagnetic field has been at quiet levels for the past 24
       hours at mid
