ftp://ftp.tik.ee.ethz.ch/pub/projects/dic/ contains files to participate in
attempting to take up the RSA challenges to break various length RC5 keys,
to demonstrate to the world that the ITAR restrictions on key lengths mean
that so called "secure" communications can be trivially decoded.
INSTALL describes how to load up the programs and run them (primarily pre-built
binaries) and client.tgz should always point at the latest src distribution.

For background info (in German) see http://www.klammeraffe.org/challenge/

A mailing list exists: challenge@list.ee.ethz.ch for discussion of the
attack, bug reports, pleas for help and the like. Please keep traffic low!
If you are running the code, you should be on one the list. To join the
list, send a message to challenge-request@list.ee.ethz.ch
(NB: **NOT** to the list itself) with a Subject: field of "subscribe".
e.g. "mail -s subscribe challenge-request@list.ee.ethz.ch < /dev/null"
