kde2gtkrc v1.05 -- Second public release.

This script will make the gimp (and possibly other gtk apps) use the
same colors and fonts as KDE, to make them fit better into the KDE
desktop. Install it somewhere in your path, or call it explicitly.

Type kde2gtkrc --help for an explanation of usage and options. A good
thing is to run it from your ~/.xinitrc or ~/.Xclients (redhat) to
make the gimp look like kde everytime you restart X. You can ofcourse
call it directly after you change your KDE colors too, but the gimp
won't know about it until it's restarted. (sigh)

I'm not sure this is optimal, but it Works For Me (tm). Due to me just
installing KDE Beta4 over Beta3 my old rc files still worked with
version 1.0 of this script, but I realized that it wouldn't for everyone
else. Version 1.05 fixes that. :-)
