PACKAGING WORKFLOW for gnome-patch-translation

1) Update po files.

Verify, that translations in gnome-patch-translation package are in sync
with translated files (see TRANSLATED_FILES for the list) in this
directory!

   packagers/update-translations-from-lcn

Follow gnome-patch-translation HOWTO, create and copy updated po files
from gnome-patch-translation-merged to fuzzy directory (except no.po)
and pot file to this directory.

   packagers/prepare-gnome-patch-translation-files

Replace previously copied files with existing translations from
gnome-patch-translation.

Set MERGE_TIME_STAMP to the date of last merge of strings from
applications.

2) Wait for translators.

3) Pick new translations, put them into gnome-patch-translation.tar.bz2
   from gnome-patch-translation package.

   packagers/update-translations-from-lcn

4) Submit gnome-patch-translation to build system.
