The "Internet 1991" contest was held in November 1991. It was a worldwide
contest of 3 hours, with submissions emailed to the judges at Duke
University. The large number of teams made judging very slow, with the
result that you were very lucky to get in a second submission if the first
one was wrong. Teams were of up to 4, with one keyboard per team.
Teams were divided into three divisions:

   1. undergraduates only
   2. mixed:
          - at least two undergrads
          - only 1st- or 2nd-year grad students
   3. open (anything goes). Grad students, faculty, industry folks, etc.

Official results are given in "results".

Note that currently answers to problem E (where a pascal program
must be generated) must be tested by hand. Input values of 1 and 5 are
worth trying. In each case, look at the Pascal program produced and
also try compiling it and running it.
