Public defrag release 0.6

NEWS
====

New since 0.5 <development release>:

Just bug fixes and updated documentation. The Makefile is now
organised more sensibly.

New since 0.4:

A big thank-you to Alexey Vovenko for the ext2fs and xiafs support,
and for the picture mode. defrag now needs ncurses to compile.
Additional programs xdump and e2dump provide graphical summary of disk
usage on those filesystems.

Also included a modified "frag" program to report on filesystem
fragmentation. Improvements include better catering for indirect blocks
within a file and better summary statistics. "e2dump -f" reports more
accurate statistics if you have read access to the filesystem's block
device.

New since 0.3:

Inode sorting by arbitrary inode priority and badblocks for minix
filesystems are now supported.
